Job Description

Senior Technical Support Analyst

Currently looking to source and secure a Senior Technical Support Analyst to help support Intel infrastructure both within the data centre and throughout sites in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and management of all of the physical Intel infrastructure estate throughout the EMEA.

Support and management of all of the VM infrastructure estate throughout the EMEA.

Support and management of all of the Netbackup infrastructure

Support and management of Microsoft's System Centre Operations Manager

Management and support of the businesses vulnerability management through the use of Symantec Endpoint Protection, Vormetric and DDI.

Experience Needed:

Very strong experience working in an Intel support role.

Proven communication, analytical, documentation and problem solving skills

Experience working in a data centre environment a significant advantage.

Experience working in a global organization

Please Note- You will have to provide out of hours support as required through 24 x 7 rota
