Montash are a young, innovative and ambitious recruiting firm who have been recognised internationally for outstanding service and delivery. We are searching for enthusiastic, career driven, financially motivated internal recruiter with experience working in a talent team in a recruitment business.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Experience recruiting experienced recruitment consultants for a recruitment business.

You will work alongside the internal recruitment team and HR department to source, interview and on-board candidates. This role involves high volume recruitment and working under pressure. This is an exciting role with many new projects taking place with a lot to do. There are opportunities to progress and move forward in your career.

Main Duties:

headhunting recruitment consultant for the business
Interviewing candidates and assessing suitability for roles
Liaising with managers to coordinate offers and feedback - sending rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner

Preparing job descriptions and adverts and positing onto relevant job boards


Previous recruitment experience in a recruitment consultancy

Ideally having worked as part of the Talent or Internal recruitment team in a recruitment consultancy or recruitment to recruitment agency

Ability to work in a pressurised environment
The ability to work as part of a team and liaise with a number of different departments

The salary for the role is between £25,000-£30,000k
