Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a Global Brand to recruit a Diverse Email/CRM Designer to deliver INNOVATIVE and RESPONSIVE creative solutions for marketing programs and campaigns across the business.

This Email Developer/CRM developer will be responsible for the following:

-Designing and Building all creative templates to support common automated CRN Programs

-Ensure that all templates are mobile responsive

-Utilise customer data to drive relevant content wherever possible

-Working closely with the marketing and analytics team to understand performance trends to deliver improvements to template and content design.

-Building and maintaining campaign templates across multiple channels (EMAIL/PUSH/SMS) and broadcasts through marketing cloud making sure that campaigns are delivered on time to hit KPI's

-Provide basic HTML Training , Dreamweaver and IBM Marketing Cloud if applicable.

The Email Designer/CRM Designer will require the following:

-3-5 years experience in digital design roles

-Excellent technical Skills in HTML

-Experience of email marketing and broadcoast tools (ideally IBM Marketing Cloud) to test email creatives

-Experience of developing mobile reponsive templates

-Excellent Creative skills

-Experience in data driven marketing techniques

-Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready, Flash
