IT Application Support Manager required. An IT Application Support Manager is required by one of Montash's clients, who are a leading provider of online retail strategy solutions, on a short term assignment (two to four weeks) in Coventry or London to define a support process and manage this.
The IT Application Support Manager will help to document and define the ongoing support model, help to define offshore support and work out contract negotiations.
In addition to this, the IT Application Support Manager will support process definition, support SaaS, define the SLA and be involved in incident management - being able to recommend options is important.
