Job Description

Montash are currently seeking an experienced IT Auditor to join a leading telecommunications organisation. This individual will be responsible for supporting the remediation activities across the information security environment.

Key Deliverables

  • Assisting the manager to create a compliance strategy and to ensure its delivery.
  • Involvement in critical assurance activities to ensure accreditations are maintained.
  • Analysing the security arena and proposing appropriate remediation strategies.
  • Report regularly in regards to the status of remediation activities.
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Skills Required

  • IT Audit and Assurance background.
  • Consultancy background preferred.
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementor or Lead Auditor.
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders within the information security environment and IT.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certifications.
  • Works well in pressured environments.
  • Great communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Must report to manager in regards to compliance activities in a timely manner.
