An exciting, very well known, international organisation experiencing exponential growth throughout the European markets currently requires highly experienced IT Business Partner for immediate start. This is a IT Business Partner which will be responsible for engaging the various business units of the organisation acting as the link between the business and the IT functions.

The organisation prides itself on constant innovation, particularly in the digital arena and has expanded with a new European head office to support the continuous growth in this market. This is a unique opportunity for career progression given the speed that the organisation is expanding. The ideal candidate will be an experience IT professional with previous experience as a Business Partner providing innovation and strategy throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:

-Strategic leader in a digital environment with experience of marketing.

-Working within a fast-paced environment, instigating innovation within your role and providing digital strategy and ecommerce insight.

-Engage and manage stakeholders within a complex environment.

-Communicate between the business and IT, improving business efficiency. Needs to have superior negotiation skills to ensure that benefits for both aspects of the business.

-Work in a non-structured environment where responsibilities can vary, a fast paced environment where you will be required to incite innovative strategic solutions.

-Collaboration with other senior managers in the organisation across a variety of geographies to ensure consistency within the brand.

Key Skills:

-Fluent English and Dutch additionally German would be desirable. Communication and gravitas is imperative within this position

-Previous experience in a Senior Management experience preferably within a comparable organisation.

-Understanding and experience of ecommerce, marketing, ERP and digital strategies including online and mobile applications.

-Experience developing Digital and E-commerce strategies, and use initiative to suggest appropriate solutions.
