Montash have been engaged by a British multinational FMCG Company to source a Group IT HR Process & Systems Business Partner to join them for a period of Maternity Cover

The purpose of the role is to drive Operational Excellence through the design, realisation, implementation and improvement of Business Processes and solutions. You will be happy to either design best practice fit for purpose solutions or be accountable for IT Team Deliverables (on and off shore) in a business facing role managing senior stakeholder requirements

The role will also encompass responsibility for business partnership, business process management, and business applications as well as other information technology related applications design and support. It will also encompass IT Service Delivery, and Project/Change Management Leadership

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with a broad understanding of technology and Processes at all organisational levels with focus on managing multiple project workstreams.

Functional Scope will include all HR processes ad Systems which cover the employee lifecycle, including Recruitment, Talent Management and Training, Goals and Performance, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Employees Information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program management of multiple projects and/or direct management of individual systems projects
  • Own the Group HR relationship to maintain and develop a structured HR IS&T strategy to underpin business needs.
  • Establish prioritised and funded projects in partnership with the business function in line with the agreed strategy.
  • Develop partnerships with and analyse and prioritise demand from relevant business teams to ensure we gain maximum value from IS&T solutions
  • Demonstrate clear leadership and the ability to influence and persuade business partners
  • Actively participate in, or lead, business work groups to deliver projects and solutions
  • Provide expertise in the specific process and technical areas and apply knowledge to support delivery of the IS&T process team portfolio of initiatives.
  • Independently apply a wide range of technical and process skills to analyse business requirements and advise on scope and options for process, systems and operational improvements
  • Modelling HR process design to function appropriately into a robust system design
  • Management of changes in implementation of process and systems innovation
  • Operate at senior level as an individual contributor or managing virtual resources
  • Manage an off shore SuccessFactors support team to deliver ongoing technical support
  • Take ownership for and chair specific functional Steering Committees at various organisational levels and scale

Key experiences:

  • Has a combination of strong HR experience and technological knowledge and is able to apply that knowledge and its implication in support to the IS&T strategy and the HR business function
  • Knowledge of HR Processes, demonstrated by participation in Enterprise wide (multicounty) HR Transformation Projects
  • Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and Kronos
  • Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to senior management in a persuasive and convincing manner
  • Experience in Business Process Re-engineering
  • Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to senior management in a persuasive and convincing manner
  • Experience working for a multinational organisation and working with colleagues internationally and demonstrated mobility
  • Demonstrable service industry knowledge - ideally with focus on food service industry
  • Experience in a process-driven environment
  • Proven leader with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing teams; remote management
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically
