WHAT TO EXPECT

Your ideas and solutions will not just help manage operations - they will transform the business and, ultimately, affect how every one of our functions works.

As a Business Relationship Manager, your priority will be to engage with our business colleagues to understand their objectives and the impact on IT strategy. You'll work to establish needs, identify opportunities and put in place innovative solutions that meet our client's vision. Through business partnering, you'll ensure the strategic future for IT is mapped out, aligned with the business strategy and communicated effectively, so that IT delivers measurable value. You'll engage with the functional business teams to understand their objectives and strategy whilst building internal and external relationships, enabling cross-functional working and effective partnerships. You'll create an IT vision for the specific business areas, which can be built up into the wider IT aspirations for the business function and gain buy-in from the business leadership teams.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A Business Relationship Manager should be a credible and influential advisor to our business colleagues with experience in the development and deployment of digital projects and programmes. Preferably degree qualified with experience in a corporate finance or financial services business environment, you'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the business up to and including directors. You'll require strong budget management experience with the ability to work to tight timescales and under pressure. Experience in Programme Management and Business Analysis will be essential to ensure success within this position and guarantee we can offer excellent IT strategies to our premium workforce.
