Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a leading Investment Bank to source an IT PMO for their regulatory programme based in Central London. -EXPERIENCED PROJECT OFFICE MANAGER/PROJECT COORDINATIOR/PMO IN A FINANCIALS/REGULATORY ENVIORNMENT IS ESSENTIAL

This is a Senior role within their Project Management area which centers on orchestrating the delivery of a set of regulatory projects

Job Role

-Programme Management: Orchestration of business transition planning
-Delivering specific outputs within cost, quality and time parameters
-To act as the deputy for the Regulatory Programme Manager
-Making sure that all the project management documentation meets the required quality standards
-Carrying out Quality Reviews where applicable using existing tools
-Reporting Complex issues in a simple report format
-Define simple reporting of complex financials on projects/portfolios/programmes

Job Specific Requirements

-Advanced knowledge of Programme and project planning processes
-Advanced knowledge of programme/project methodology
-Advanced knowledge of potential sources of risk and their impact on project success
-Awareness of corporate, indsutry and professional standards in the programme/project management environment
