Montash have been engaged by a Global FTSE 3 Company to source an IT Project Finance Manager to work on a Global Scale Integration Programme. This programme will encompass various work streams and it will encompass IT teams both in the UK and US

You will come from an Accounting Background and have a relevant qualified. You will also have ideally had experience in working on global projects in multi cultural environments.


  • Financial Management of a High Profile IT Integration Project with responsibility for budget planning, forecasting and reporting and managing/resolving all financial issues
  • Support Programme Leadership on all Financial Matters related to the project
  • Managing the budget, identifying risks and opportunities, delivering on Financial Targets
  • Fulfil the day to day operational project finance tasks and activities, maintaining tight financial control on Opex and Capex Spend
  • Stakeholder Management covering project team, IT Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Tax and internal functions
  • Access and track synergy between projects and if there could be any benefits or savings
  • Produce financial inputs for Project Board meetings and project governance documentation
  • Apply correct accounting treatment to project costs in accordance with global policies
  • Coordinate with Global IT Function and Transformation Programme Board by providing regular financial updates
  • Understand internal Finance and Non Finance processes to ensure compliance with inter company, audit and tax policies

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience of financial management for large complex projects

  • Ability to engage with and influence leadership teams
  • Commercial Experience with 3rd Party Suppliers
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC6
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
