Job Description

My blue chip client requires an experienced and ambitious IT professional to complete ownership of a portfolio consisting of large programs of development. You will contribute to the management and evolution of critical business systems with career potential to IT Director level. Ideally you will have been working on a CRM application deployment before (ideally salesforce.com or Siebel). You should have a solid understanding of the business strategy in your domain (Sales and Marketing) and the rationale behind. The right candidate should have A Minimum of 10+ years in CRM IT applications development, Multi-disciplinary exposure (Software development, Program management, IT Management, Process Development, and IT Strategy), proven track record of delivering large scale developments in relatively complex environments and Supplier Management. You will have an academic background with a degree in computer systems, electronic engineering or related discipline, or can demonstrate equivalent breadth of experience. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others, and elicit superior performance, organized, possesses the intellectual horsepower to solve complex problems, and the ability to work and make decisions under pressure.
