Job Description

Montash has been retained by a global consultancy that is looking for an IT Service Manager to build and manage their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Setting out SLA's and negotiating KPI's with vendors
  • Managing incidents and problems related to managed services
  • Continuous development and improvement of services
  • Managing services on multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership during major incidents

Key Skills

  • Experience working in IT Service Management
  • Ability to negotiate with clients in relation to provided services
  • ITIL experience
  • Experience of process design, compliance management and process improvement
  • Extensive experience of managing and improving Service Design and Transition Processes
