IT Support Lead - Windows, SharePoint - Central London

Our client a multinational professional services company who are present in over 150 countries and have a revenue over $29billion, are actively seeking an IT Support Lead to join their team in Central London.

The IT Support Lead will be responsible for sharing accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence. The IT Support Lead will also have managerial responsibilities for a matrixed team of technical specialists.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated managerial experience
  • Strong understanding of technology including networks, storage systems, servers, operating systems, application, database & web platforms
  • Good financial and people leadership skills
  • Strong Windows knowledge
  • SQL 2012
  • SharePoint 2010/2013


  • Working with IT Services and vendor teams to successfully deliver approved projects and operational support.
  • Ensure the right number of resources are in place at all times to support planned client events, and to deliver planned projects and operational support
  • Identifying issues and driving rapid resolution or workarounds
  • Standardising and automating operational processes and procedures
  • Understanding the pipeline of demand and ensure an appropriate supply of resources
  • Responsible for financial management of IT opex and capex budgets
