Montash have been engaged by a Leading UK Consultancy to source a Developer/Integrator to work for a Public Services Client.
You will be working on a Case Data Management Project developing the Case Admin Web Console. You will be responsible for developing new functionality based on the anlaysis and design work that has already been done. You will take ownership for specific features and developments and also test and release of the functionality into test environments.
You will also diagnose issues and defects raised by the various service offerings using tools such as Azure Analytics, Diagnostic Logs and resolve these issues in a timely manner, build and deploy the fixes to the test environments and work closely with the QA's.
As part of this team, you will be tasked with monitoring the appropriate Slack channels and Jira Dashboards for requests raised by the services and keep documentation up to date in Confluence.
You will action these requests such as registering new users or updating existing user in IdAMs and User Profiles into all environments.
Production incidents are raised via the ServiceNow system and Professional Service will manage any Core case data related incidents as third line support, you will be responsible for the management and successful resolution of these incidents relating to Core Case Data.
