Job Description

Montash are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with a broad background within global technology driven organisations.

This person will be a lead Business Analyst in a team of group Business Analysts. These individuals will be expected to have multiple years' experience partnering on some complex and crucial IT projects. This team works across the entire spectrum of group level functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, HR, Legal etc. As a senior member of the team this person will be responsible for some of the largest and most strategically important projects. This individual will be responsible for working closely with senior stakeholders across the globe up to CXO level. These individuals will be expected to match business process knowledge to IT needs. Whilst perhaps having a strong background in a particular area, will need to show the aptitude and interest to pick up new domains.
