Lean Business Performance Manager - Insurance - KPI's - Metrics

My client, a leading insurance organisation is seeking a Lean Performance Manager to develop and agree with senior business stakeholders globally a new performance management system. By defining and establishing the right KPI's across the group you will also offer the right methodology and tools for capacity impact to be measured and shared across the organisation.

  • At least 10 years of experience as MIS / Business Intelligence/ Performance manager
  • Experience working in Insurance Industry
  • Team leadership experience
  • At least 5 years project management experience
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification and consulting experience in the service industry is preferable
  • Lean Implementation experience
  • Change Management experience and background
  • Good Data Analysis ability
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Strong interpersonal as well as clear and concise communication skills and ability to demonstrate leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement ability; can manage multiple relationships across a diverse global environment
  • English fluent written and oral
  • University degree in business, finance, engineering or HR
