Logistics Project Manager - Global Client - Chicago, IL - 12 months initial contract - ASAP START

Montash have been engaged by a global client with the requirements for a highly experienced Logistics Project Manager as part of a 20 month logistics and manufacturing transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing down and decommissioning existing logistic centres
  • Expanding or opening new access points
  • Adapting IT warehouse infrastructure to new warehouse formats
  • Archiving and migrating data to new IT logistic systems
  • Decommissioning the transfer of data

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience within a large scale manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of how to manage a critical data migration / transfer project
  • Worked on infrastructure refresh projects
  • Knowledge of SAP (ideally WM or WMS) or similar logistic systems
