What we expect you to do:
- Own the delivery of plan phase mobility consulting engagements, including surveyors, assessments, design, and architecture.
- Lead the proposed solution for the client, including transitioning the build and implementation to the delivery team, and remain engaged with the client through transfer to managed services, thus becoming a "thought leader" for the next opportunity.
- Achieve specific individual bookings targets for net new mobility consulting opportunities through GTM activities and engaging the sales organization.
- Maintain specific billable targets through the delivery of consultative services such as surveyors, IT consulting, engagement management, and applicable components of key delivery engagements
- Support new and existing client with requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, testing plan development, deployment plan development, and support service development. Define the client's operational and strategic objectives and measure the results that are critical to client satisfaction
- Ensure that a quality solution is delivered in a timely manner, within budget, and to our client's satisfaction. Work closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations while simultaneously working closely with Dimension Data and third-party vendors to ensure delivery
