MS Dynamics CRM Lead - Weybridge - £55,000 - £65,000 + attractive benefits package

Our client a FTSE 100 multinational company are actively seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Lead with a background in B2B or B2C, to join their team based in Weybridge.

The MS Dynamics CRM Lead will be responsible for managing the global template for MS Dynamics CRM and owning & understanding business processes. The MS Dynamics CRM Lead will also have responsibility for identifying and owning delivery of outsourced projects as well as managing an offshore team.

Key skills:

  • Extensive experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics O365
  • Leadership skills
  • Skilled in gathering requirements, analysing data, and delivering to requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Own the support and maintenance of the Group CRM Dynamics O365 platform: -
    • Establish a robust Business-as-Usual Support model
    • Establish a defined operating model for CRM Dynamics,
    • Manage outsource service providers to SLA and budget
    • Build strong relationships with Microsoft Customer Success Manager
    • Operate a robust Incident, Change and Release process
    • Maintain Global CRM SharePoint Site and associated system documentation
  • Program management of multiple projects and/or direct management of individual systems projects
  • Determine business requirements and transform these into system specifications and ultimately into the global CRM platform.
  • Develop a structured strategy to underpin business needs.
  • Demonstrate clear leadership and the ability to influence and persuade business partners
  • Analyse business requirements and advise on scope and options for process, systems and operational improvements
  • Management of changes in implementation of process and systems innovation
  • Operate at senior level as an individual contributor or managing virtual resources
  • Assist in the development and growth of more junior colleagues in the team through coaching and mentoring.
