Job Description

Currently I am working with a Global E-commerce enterprise that is looking for a NAV / Salesforce.com Team Manager to join their business.

 

This enterprise has invested heavily in their Salesforce.com CRM, and are in the process of integrating their backend systems to SFDC & NAV.

 

Experience in working at complex backend system integrations with ERP & Salesforce.com is essential.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in NAV or Salesforce.com experience

  • Good understanding of Microsoft BizTalk, Easy Archive SQL Server

  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and/or e-commerce solutions

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Strong technical background (must have lead ERP / CRM Teams)

  • Strong business acumen to understand client requirements & recommend business technology solutions

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Excellent listening and negotiating abilities

  • Strong initiative and time management skills

  • Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, & ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Results oriented in a high performance environment

  • Desire to be part of a winning culture
