Senior Oracle SQL Developer - URGENT REQUIREMENT

Rate: £400-£500

Location: London

Duration: 12 Months


Montash are currently engaged with a Global Investment Bank to source and secure a Senior Oracle SQL Developer to start ASAP.

My clients platform is built upon an Oracle 12c SQL database (using PL/SQL for business and reporting logic) and reuses a bespoke C#/WinForms reporting front-end. In addition, automated high-level reporting dashboards are produced on a daily basis.

Essential :

  • Extensive experience of Oracle SQL (ideally Oracle 12c)
  • Expertise with writing and optimising stored procedures and query performance
  • Demonstrable track record in working on large databases where performance is key
  • Strong design and architecture skills
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Must have come from a finance background
  • Strong communication skills

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Capital Market products
  • Knowledge of Balance Sheet, Funding, Collateral
  • Experience of Oracle partitions, XML
  • Knowledge of C# / WinForms development
