Job Description

PA (Personal Assistant) - 3 Month Contract - £200 Per Day - Midlands

Montash are in contact with a global client to engage a PA on an initial contract basis with likely chance of extension. This role is based in the West Midlands and there will be travel for a few sites all within 20 minutes radius. Please make sure this will work for you 5 days per week before submitting your CV.

You will need to act as first point of contact and take full responsibility of administration management.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience of working for Director level or above within ideally a global client.
  • Experience of diary management, coordinating and maintaining office systems and filing.
  • Organisational and diary management skills are essential.
  • Documentation, administration, reporting, dashboards, general correspondence etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Ideally a background in Technology or a strong passion for the world of Tech.
  • You will need excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • You will enjoy working under pressure in a fast-paced challenging environment.
