PMO Analyst required. A PMO Analyst is required by one of Montash's key clients, who are based in the West Midlands, on an initial three month contract. The PMO Analyst will be supporting multiple projects across a Programme of Transformation, ensuring that governance, reporting, progress, risks and issues are effectively managed for the duration of every project lifecycle.

The PMO Analyst will be highly-skilled in supporting large programmes of work by maintaining an up-to-date, accurate and complete view of each project. In addition to this, the PMO Analyst will be responsible for creating and monitoring the progress of every project, ensuring that the plan, scope, issues, risks, interdependencies and quality of services can be effectively tracked.

The PMO Analyst will have the opportunity to create a log full of programme risks, issues and actions so that robust Programme Governance and successful completion of the VOT Programme is ensured. You will also own and implement the Programme Change Request process so that standardised methods and procedures are used for the efficient and prompt handling of all changes.

Further to this, the PMO Analyst will own and develop programme communication tools and channels, including the programme website, as well as manage the programme calendar, key documents and SharePoint site. You will maintain an effective actions log and produce high-quality programme reporting packs for senior-level programme stakeholders.

Key skills/experience required:

  • Ability to work with internal and external teams to help drive the completion of actions and identify appropriate support where required
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining a multi-project programme plan - ensuring that key dates, milestones and timescales are maintained and achieved
  • A thorough understanding of Programme Governance to ensure a professional approach to programme delivery and adherence to required practices
