Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a Global Company, with a reach of 192 countries, to source a Process Excellence Lead to drive forward continuous improvement of their business processes worldwide.

Six Sigma Qualification is essential as well as the flexibility to travel worldwide as and when needed.

  • You will be reponsible for indentifying the "as is" and creating the "to be" processes. You will be responsible for managing the definition of the client's end to end business processes and assign business ownership for these across the company
  • You will be required to take responsibility for process improvement and re modelling of recommended solutions, using resources, standards, methods and tools as required.
  • Working with Process Owners and other stakeholders to ensure that the processes comply with regulations and statutory obligations
  • Engage with senior managers across the business to ensure bsuiness processes comply with corporate strategies
  • Create, manage and maintain a business operations model
  • Identify all areas of improvement within the business
  • Ensure that all business processes work well together
  • Understand all process mapping
  • Six Sigma Qualified
  • Understanding of lean processes
