Montash have been engaged by a Leading Travel Industry Client to source a Business Process Consultant/Business Improvement Consultant for an initial 5 month role. Six Sigma qualifications are required.

You will be working on a major Business Transformation programme of work coordinating 2 markets and IT platforms and ensuring common processes. This specific role rather than working on 1 workstream, will involve spanning 5 programme workstreams with 4-5 tranches and getting involved in the more end to end processes.

Duties/Typical Week:

  • Running and facilitating workshops to drive out differences in capabilities and process
  • Planning approach
  • Drive a common way of working, prioritizing requirements - ensuring non functional requirement documents aligned to processes agreed
  • Outputs - coordinating these to key decision makers
  • Planning for further process reviews
  • Represent their workstream at meetings / project boards
  • Clear communications - Stakeholder management - ability to highlight key points in a way that's appropriate to the level of the audience - especially where there may be conflicting interests/agendas

Essential Skills:

  • Lean 6 Sigma (Black belt ideally)
  • Business Process Mapping
  • Visio
  • Strong relationship management and excellent Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience on large, multi market large transformation programmes within complex organisations
  • Gravitas
  • Strong comms skills
  • Ability to be objective - question and probe Ability to show value of project

  • Travel not essential but experience on similar projects with disparate teams a big plus
