Process Improvement Lead - Business Change is required. A Process Improvement Lead - Business Change is required by one of Montash's key clients in Luton who are a leader in the travel industry. The Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will be Lean Sigma Black Belt certified. The Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will engage with Business Leads to evaluate and agree scope of work, resource commitment and Process Ownership accountability along with expected project outcomes and goals.

The Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will plan, co-ordinate and manage process improvement activity, ensuring that a detailed plan is available to support reporting and communication activities. The Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will be involved with eliciting, collating and evaluating issues associated with current processes, producing heat maps, affinity diagrams or other Lean documentation to help the business understand and prioritise areas of focus based on measurable impact.

The Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will conduct root cause or problem solving analysis to identify constraints or design principles that need to be factored in to new ways of working, design and document new ways of working using a collaborative approach and gain approval and sign off from all accountable stakeholders.

The Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will ensure stakeholders of all levels are continually updated of progress; this will be to senior leader level. In addition to this, the Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will evaluate, produce and communicate process risk and control documentation (COSO RCM/ FMEA), making sure that risk is designed out of the process, while balancing this with a Lean and efficient way of working. The Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will also organise and lead the facilitation of workshops.

The Process Improvement Lead - Business Change will have the following skills and experience:

  • Lean six sigma / black belt
  • Experienced in leading process re-engineering projects
  • Accomplished in leading large scale process re-engineering or design activity using the Lean methodology,
  • Experienced in optimising any opportunities to share ways of working across business areas and functions, ensuring delivery of measurable benefits
  • Experienced in complex, matrix managed organisations
  • Desirable experience in working with multiple countries, source markets and associated considerations
