Montash have been exclusively engaged by a global organisation embarking on a large transformation and are seeking to acquire their Process Improvement/Service Manager who will be responsible for service improvements that enables the team to perform to its optimum ability and deliver measurable sustainable improvements. The ideal individual will progress from a Change Management/Process Improvement/Service Management background with an ITIL qualification.
The Process Improvement/Service Manager will have progressed from a large multi-national organisation and have responsibility for IT cost reduction and strategy development. The organisation operates on a truly global scale and is seeking a collaborative and engaging individual to be part of their Global Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have the following skill-set;
- Driving process improvement
- IT strategy development
- IT cost reduction
- Service Management
- Change Management
- ITIL qualified
- Quality Management
- Liaising with the business
- Provided analysis of current IT policies
- Working with third party vendors
- Project Management skills (PMI)
- Speaks English and Spanish
- Problem solving skills to combat solutions in a business perspective
- A high level of written and verbal communication
