Job Description

  • Drive organizational and process transformation as well as implementation of a global SAP template in the area of Accounting to Reporting/ Management Accounting during deployment projects
  • Independent development of process standards and concepts, particularly in the area of Management Accounting (Cost Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing, Inventory Accounting)
  • Ensure governance over process design and specifications for business processes and system transformation and participation in the project realization phase
  • Independent management of (international) project teams including independent preparation, implementation and follow-up of project milestones and complex workshops
  • Foster change management process during transformation projects
  • Close cooperation with the central corporate functions e.g. to comply corporate guidelines and policies; especially within a Shared Service Center environment
    • Several years of experience in business process transformation including SAP implementation projects with focus on SAP CO
    • Technical expertise in the above mentioned areas, deep SAP knowledge and experience in business soft configuration and maintenance of specific SAP tables (e.g. OKB9)
