Job Description

Montash hs been engaged by a Global Company to source a Senior Program Manager to deliver a variety of large infrastructure projects

Tasks:

  • Manage a series of project teams (teams that range from product manager and analysts/developers, IT and QA)
  • Manage budgets from start to finish
  • Develop all resource plans, co-ordinate project resources, development and risk management plans
  • Communicate to stakeholders effectively and align with all project sponsors
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and infrastructure processes (for example: retail point of sale, server and network upgrades, new store openings and aligning to change/release processes)
  • Vendor management

Experience Required:

  • 3 years experience minimum in Program Management
  • Strong Influencing skills, ability to liase regularly with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • E commerce/Retail Environment Experience
  • Experience in delivering large infrastructure programs
  • Understanding or experience in: basic networking conceptts, virtualization, enterprise storage solutions, database concepts and web applications concepts
  • Advanced program management experience; developing and managing WBS, schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks and change requests.
