Job Description

Montash have been retained by a Global Investment Bank to source a highly qualified Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager to support the Delivery of a large, high profile, regulatory programme within the Bank.

The Project Coordinator will own the end to end delivery of various project lifecycles (including test artefacts) surrounding risk and control required by Risk IRC.

You will be reponsible for:

- Clearly defining a roadmap of batch run requests across all project deliverables

-Engage with risk systems to define a clear governance structure to generate batch runs on an on going basis

-Engage with risk systems to define a strategy to best support the batch requests process eg environments, resources

-Provide timely reporting and continuously reporting capability to enable visibility of key project data

-Maintain the project documentation and collate individual project assets

-Maintain all project documentation library for both the public and private documents

-Support the project and IT governance, ensuring a common understanding of the processes and structure is shared by all stakeholders

Ideally from an FS background with Investment Banking Experience

Aware of project management methodology
