Montash have been engaged by a Global Travel Retailer to source a Project Coordinator to assist on various technical projects, one of these being an email migration.
The role will be working closely with the Project Manager and Business Analyst, and with the technical team when needed.
- Sending our pre-agreed communications to users who are due to be migrated
- Fielding responses coming into the mailbox
- Working with the support team to ensure users with issues are visited
- Working with the PM & BA to ensure migration lists are up to date
- First line support of email issues as appropriate
- Tech savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to navigate confidently around Email and Excel
