Job Description

Project coordinator - London - £580- £600 per day

I have been engaged by global investment bank, who require a Project Coordinator for a 6-month contract based in London.

The role is within a small team senior projects coordinators in charge of monitoring the projects and helping project managers with inter projects dependencies, governance and administrative tasks.

As part of the IT Digital Plan you will have the responsibility of:

  • Contribute to any adhoc mission in their area of responsibility
  • Lead the IT Management through the periodic senior Management reviews of the portfolio of the projects
  • Follow-up on budget consumption and forecasts

Experience required:

  • Minimum 15 years of Industry experience
  • A track record supporting large change programs
  • Extensive experience in Project Management or Change Management
  • Experience within IT and subdomains
  • Valued experience in Program Management Offices

Other: Skills and attributes:

  • Able to deal with complexity within the organisation
  • Analytically, rigorous, and has good problem-solving skills
  • Able to facilitate and engage people, helping them to solve their own issues
  • Understanding the financial of the organisation
  • Is interested in working jointly with management teams
  • Is able to work cross-functionally, interfacing well with all management
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of clarity would be a plus
