Project Manager Travel & Expense Process Management
Manage the T&E end-to-end process on a regional level: responsible for the consistency with the global T&E core model and the detailed harmonization of processes across the region Europe.
Assist in the update and maintenance of configuration and master data in Concur to comply with legal requirements, company policies, and global/ regional core model Manage relationships with business travellers, travel agencies, and internal stakeholders (Event Management, Procurement, Internal Controls)
Support audit and follow up regarding violations of policy, resolution of issues, or questions regarding the T&E policy, Concur settings, and Credit Card and expense management programs.
Identify, document, and escalate issues in the T&E process to P2P management to work with Human Resources, Finance, and Internal Audit regarding serious violations of policy or fraud Support the Region of Europe Purchase-to-Pay Head and the Regional P2P Process Manager in further standardizing the T&E process and improving the T&E customer experience Align and closely collaborate with Regional P2P Process and Project Managers from other regions (France, US, Asia, etc.) and other functional areas (P2P, A2R, Finance, , Internal Controls)
Transformation Management Lead T&E transformation projects (e.g. introduction of Corporate Credit Card Program etc.) and continuous improvement initiatives for the region of Europe applying Lean principles Identify, address and align necessary T&E innovations and transformation initiatives as part of the Purchase-to-Pay End-to-End process (to shape global/ regional roadmaps) Support defining and implementing the Purchase-to-Pay operating model for the SBS region Europe
