Purchasing Consultant - Contract - West Midlands - 12 Months - £200 - £225 Per Day - ASAP - IT
Montash have been engaged by a large global company to source a Purchasing Consultant to join them on a 12 month contract initially. (Maternity cover).
You will be responsible to engage business users, understand objectives and communicate throughout senior management. You need to be able to develop meaningful relationships, create an IT vision and conduct research when necessary.
- You will need to represent IT within the Purchasing business and represent the business within IT so an understanding of IT, business and Purchasing is essential. Please demonstrate where you have worked on this in your CV.
- Extensive business knowledge and IT portfolio management experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and you will need to be confident in speaking to IT and business stakeholders throughout the business.
- You will need to have a proactive approach, welcoming and have a willingness to learn and take on-board new challenges.
