Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator

Montash have been engaged by a global organisation to source and secure a Recruitment Coordinator to support them with the increase in demand for hiring. This is bought about by a new SAP enhancement project they are about to start.

The recruitment Coordinator will come from an onsite recruitment background and be able to manage senior IT stakeholders effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Large Volume recruitment (SAP Preferable)
  • Developing and implementing new HR/Recruitment policies and processes
  • Ensuring all compliance is met
  • Strong stakeholder and business engagement.
