Release Management Lead - Central London - £63,000-£70,000 + benefits

Our client a leading Financial Services organisation based in Central London are actively seeking a Release Management Lead to provide direction in the design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of a release and the release management process.

The role provides hands-on technical expertise, as well as direction and support to less experienced members of the team. The role manages the deployments in an environment that relies on different technology stacks, developing tools and procedures to aid the management of deployments throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • Strong background working with release/configuration management technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of VSTS or TFS
  • Strong knowledge and working experience of GIT source code management
  • IIS server basic administration/PowerShell scripting
  • Linux basic administration/shell scripting
  • Development background using php/.net
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder needs
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards used in financial industry (e.g., FCA, PCI, SOX)
  • Experience working with CI development and test model
