Montash are looking to hire an organised and enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator for our London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a professional team. You will provide full administration support to a sales department ensuring the smooth running day-to-day. The  successful candidate will report directly into our Head of Marketing. There will be a route for the successful candidate to progress within the business, and support/contribute to our national and international projects.

 

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the delivery of internal processes such as the starter and leaver process

  • Mailbox management and ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently

  • Booking flights/transport/accommodation for client visits and company incentive trips

  • Booking company incentive lunches

  • Breakfast order and food supplies

  • Support and co-ordinate charity events and activities with our chosen charity  

  • Supporting other operational functions such as marketing and finance in general administrative and sales task

  • Ordering office supplies such as stationery, breakfast, and general office amenities

  • Ensuring that internal and external documents are up to date 

  • Supporting other functions in finding appropriate business venues

  • Supporting in the management of compiling content for internal and external sales collateral

  • Providing office and secretarial support to the team

  • Arranging ad hoc meetings and support the preparation of agendas

  • Engaging with clients and candidates to carry out customer care calls

  • Supporting other areas of the business as and when required from an admin perspective

 

The successful applicant will be able to demonstate the following:

  • An administrative background

  • Can work to deadlines

  • Organised and can prioritise workload

  • Good attention to detail

  • Solid time management and ability to multi-task

  • A collaborative attitude with willingness to support colleagues with their work

  • Needs to have experience in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
