Job Description

SFDC Consultant

Consultant will be responsible for successful implementation of the project and completing project deliverables assigned to them. This job role requires relevant hands on experience with Salesforce.com and associated cloud technologies or experience with PeopleSoft CRM, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM or Siebel products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own design and development of project deliverables.
  • Designs and builds click-based solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Works directly with clients to lead small projects.
  • Works with technical team members to manage communication between custom applications and click-based solutions.
  • Building custom solutions using Salesforce.com configuration and customization.
  • Involved from start of the project all the way through the deployment and will actively participate in requirements gathering, design, development, validation/testing and deployment of the project.
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members.

Required Skills

Self-motivated with a proven track record in technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization. Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities. Additional qualifications are:

  • 1 or more years of Salesforce.com and related technologies experience
  • Located in Germany and able to work from our office and able to travel
  • Has one or more of the following certifications, Force.com Developer, Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Good communications skills (German & English)
