Job Description

Lead Salesforce Developer

Currently I am working with a Global End User that is currently half way through a Global SFDC implementation. You will be an experienced SFDC Developer to form part of an in-house team that is responsible of the implementation globally.

They are searching for a dynamic Salesforce Developer who brings expertise, enthusiasm and efficiency to their team. The superheroes' primary responsibility is the design and implementation of code in and related to our use of Salesforce. Members of the team enjoy the rewards of delivering leading edge, mission critical systems that are powerful yet simple, and seeing those systems enable their business to grow successful businesses and provide amazing service to our end customers. You must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations and possess complex problem solving abilities. They are looking for someone with both bright ideas to help form decisions regarding design and improvements to our system, and an innate ability to execute and implement, turning ideas into reality.

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years SFDC development experience (Object design, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL & SOSL, APIs)
  • Exposure to integration of SFDC & backend systems
  • Ideally exposure to Object-oriented design, web design/technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery)
  • Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Analysis and problem solving skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Works well in cross-functional teams and in an agile environment (ideally TDD)
  • Ideally SFDC Certified: ADM 201 , DEV 401 or DEV 501
