Unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join a leading Salesforce.com Partner. This enterprise works in multiple sectors (including automotive, e-commerce, life science, telecommunication etc.), the ideal professional should have led national and/or international teams and ideally built successful teams across the DACH region.
The new Salesforce.com Practice Lead / Manager will be an analytical, big picture thinker who is driven to enhance and further the mission of the organization by leveraging technology. This executive will serve as a true leader and will drive the Salesforce.com strategy to create value across the organization and for its clients. He/She will work to foster an environment where innovation becomes an integral and differentiating component of organizational culture and brand.
The Salesforce.com Practice Manager will be empowered to lead the organization to focus on implementing both top-level, strategic, innovative technology solutions, as well as the day-to-day tactics that drive efficiency, effectiveness and value (internally and for clients). The successful candidate is a well-rounded, sophisticated Salesforce.com professional who is strategic, customer-focused and adaptable, with proven experience leading through technology driven innovation.
The ideal candidate will be a Salesforce.com professional with a broad business orientation and key competencies including strategic thought, project management, software development, partnership development, analytical capability, and pragmatic execution.
The Practice Lead's responsibilities and accountabilities will also include the following:
-Vision and Strategy: Develop short-and long-term vision and strategic plans for the Salesforce.com Practice based on, vision, objectives, plans, and operating requirements.
- Culture: Build a customer-service oriented tone and develop a responsive, effective team that keeps the mission of the organization top of mind.
- Governance: Provide effective management of the organization's portfolio of clients
- Management: Hire, develop, appraise, reward, discipline and retain a highly qualified SFDC professional staff.
- Collaboration: Establish good working relationships and partnerships with partners and clients
- Budgeting: Create the IT budget, monitor performance against the budget, and act to ensure budget compliance. - Create effective partnerships and negotiate advantageous agreements with service providers and hardware/software vendors.
