Job Description


  • Must speak German
  • Candidate should be expert in SAP HCM Functional area with good implementation and support exposure to international clients, specially Germany
  • Candidate should be able to understand the client requirement, translate them to SAP HCM solution through Functional design and hand over to technical team for development.
  • Need to drive the discussions with the various stakeholders to make them understand the SAP standard capability in SAP HCM and if required not available, customize to suite the requirements.
  • Additionally and equally important is the functional experience around German part of SAP HCM module. This is mandatory.
  • From non-technical requirements, the candidate need to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and written. Need to be proactive and go getter rather than be laid back.
