Role description:
-Accountable for the delivery of Technical Environment services (system installation, upgrades, tuning, migrations, technical configuration and environment operations support)
-Articulates project demand in technical terms, and ensures that installation, maintenance and operation of environments is delivered
- Ensure customer milestones are accounted for and tracked against app platform delivery schedules
- Ensure that Finance, Project Management, and Compliance needs have been addressed for all application platform implementations
- Drive continuous improvement of all aspects of SAP and Non-SAP environment platforms, including automation of deployment tasks, simplification of monitoring and operational support, and year-on-year reduction in incidents related to those platforms
-Responsible to provide input and support to Service Manager - Technical Services in response to demands for solutions/services provided by the Technical Environments team
