Job Description

Scala Developer - Zurich - £475 - £525 - 6 months

Montash have been engaged by a prestigious organisation to secure a Scala Developer.

We are looking for an experienced Scala Developer with exposure to analyzing business requirements and developing innovative IT solutions to key business issues, and working on strategic projects for sales and back office teams.

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Commercial experience in Scala
  • Broad technical proficiency background in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL/PL-SQL, Oracle and Unix
  • Understanding of asynchronous messaging architectures
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to system issues and user problems
  • Finance or Trading environment or an interest in strutured products
  • Sound knowledge of state-of-the-art IT concepts and good mathematical skills

English Speaking role.
