Search Architect / Marketing Ecommerce / Apache's SOLR / Installation / testing / Support / Midlands / Endeca / SME / Hybris / Search

Montash have been retained by an industry leading organisation who are seeking a Search Architect to join their growing function, the right candidate will act as a subject matter expert in Apache's SOLR search application and will be working closely with the Search tuning team.

Key responsibilities;

  • Working alongside the Marketing ecommerce search tuning team translating business requirements
  • Working closely with the Search Application supplier to keep abreast of the latest developments and technological advancements
  • Search application subject matter expert.
  • Identify Technical Solutions and ensure team understands the implication of changes
  • Working with the Search Developers to build appropriate Solutions

Key skills;

  • 2+ years of Apache's SOLR search application (Installation, Configuration, testing and support)
  • Experience with an eCommerce (web) Platform
  • Global experience in search application
  • Experience mentoring Architects/developers
  • B2B & B2C experience would be advantageous
  • Content Management experience is advantageous
  • Experience using Endeca or Hybris SOLR Integration
