Senior Application Support Analyst

Start date: ASAP

Location: London

Contract Length: 6 Months


Montash has been engaged by a global hedge fund to source and secure a highly experienced Senior Application Support Analyst who has a strong knowledge of Sungard's Front Arena, Excel, SQL and Python.


  • Resolution of L1/L2 issues
  • Detailed analysis of issues that need escalation to L3
  • Day to day management of a complex application suite, improving stability and performance over time.
  • Overnight support (US time) due to systems being on global scope on L2 support- need to be able to liaise with remote teams.
  • Must have an understanding of fixed income financial products
  • Must have strong experience of Sungard Front Arena, SQL and Python
  • C# knowledge desirable
  • Ideally from a Hedgefund/ asset management firm with buy-side experience
  • Must have trade floor support experience
