Job Description

Senior Business Analyst - Data Incident Management

Montash have been engaged by a Global FMCG Company to source and secure a Senior Business Analyst, specialising in Data Incident Management. The Senior Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

  • Process design and implementation, working extensively with business teams across the project
  • Assisting in the design and delivery of a new global data incident management capability, documenting "as-is and "to-be" processes
  • Take the lead role in requirements gathering, improvement of change management activities and training provision
  • Working between business and technical teams in the deployment of data incident management applications

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent Business Analysis skills, and knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence
  • Experience in global organisations with complex change programmes
  • Firm understanding of Data Management and Incident Resolution, Data Quality, Master Data
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent business process design and expertise using Visio
