Senior Business Partner: SAP - Weybridge - £70,000-£100K base

Our client a FTSE 100 multinational company are seeking a Senior Business Partner to join their team based in Weybridge, ideally with a background in Retail, Hospitality or Catering.

The Senior Business Partner must be able to work independently to lead the design, realisation, implementation and improvement of business processes and solutions. This is a business facing role managing senior stakeholder requirements therefore excellent communication skills are required.

Candidates must be able to travel internationally.

Essential Skills:

Demonstrate expertise in the following process areas:

  • POS - SAP Retail
  • E-commerce Consumer- order and pay
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • Production Planning (PP)
  • Extensive team management experience required
  • International Experience and demonstrated mobility

Responsibilities:

  • Program management of multiple projects and direct management of individual systems projects
  • Own the International Client relationship to maintain and develop a structured strategy
  • Develop partnerships with and analyse and prioritise demand from relevant business teams
  • Demonstrate clear leadership and the ability to influence and persuade business partners
  • Actively participate in, or lead, business workgroups to deliver projects and solutions
  • Analyse business requirements and advise on options for process, systems and operational improvements
  • Modelling process design to function appropriately into a robust system design
  • Management of changes in implementation of process and systems innovation
  • Assist in the development of more junior colleagues in the team through coaching and mentoring.
  • Take ownership for and chair specific functional Steering Committees
