Senior Customer Facing Project Manager - Travel
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY.
Looking for a hands-on customer facing project management position with a Global Travel Organisation based in London. Looking for someone who has strong knowledge of CRM, someone who understands services demand management with a strong technology understanding.
As a project manager you will help devise plans for delivery and broker and oversee these into the delivery teams. Must have strong experience of customer facing, and improving customer service.
- Must have experience within the travel industry and working with a technology consultancy.
- Must have knowledge of products and strong technology skills
- You will be bridging the gap between IT and the business.
- Not hands on project manager - must be someone who is able to manage large complex programmes
- Must have delivered full life cycle projects on a global scale.
- Someone is able to build strong relationships and has good stakeholder managements
- Proven experience of working on multiple customer service projects.
