Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a World Leading Brand seeking a Senior Manager of Global Architecture and Governance to join their growing function.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Regional Global Architecture resource management and alignment, including virtual communities of practice supporting decentralized architect roles.
  • Business and Global IT engagement, alignment, needs & capability assessment, and region- and enterprise-level solution alignment.
  • Regional solution & enterprise architecture design and solution portfolio monitoring and governance.
  • Direction, planning, and active management across all aspects of the businesses regional Integration Technologies function.
  • Manage the development of key strategies
  • Collaborate with Key IT Stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in combination with more than 10 years of experience in IT
  • Whereof more than 5 years of experience aligned to a relevant architecture discipline (integrations, data, services, applications, infrastructure)
  • More than 5 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise & solution architecture and architecture management.
  • Preferably experience in managing direct and indirect employees in a matrix organization.
  • More than 2 years of application integration or SOA development team leadership
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Business outcomes focused leadership with ability to turn business needs requirements into actionable IT deliverables
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication skills, including with employees, clients, senior management and vendors
  • Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)
