Montash have been engaged by an Investment Bank to source a Senior Process analyst with solid lean six sigma experience (with relevant qualification) and good knowledge of client reference dataand it's impact on various fucntions in the bank.

The client are currently working on a Client referential program where they aim to have a trransversal view on all client referential initiatives. This must cover all business lines and regions. The program will also aim to collect client referential requirements for business and functions. The program will also modify and re design the client data model, processes and governance also, based on business requirements.

Specific responsibilities & objectives for this role

The Senior Process Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • As-Is Process Catalogue
    • Produce a catalogue of existing processes used to capture and amend Client Reference Data
    • Produce a catalogue of existing processes that consume Client Reference Data
  • Design the Target Operating Model and assist in the associated Organizational set up to satisfy the business requirements collected by the Program, covering the Capture, Maintenance and Distribution aspects of Client Reference Data.
  • Working with various cross functional teams, design the roadmap for the implementation of the Target Operating Model
  • Produce Gap Analysis and Target Process Models
  • Lead the deployment of the identified process enhancements and support the operational team(s) in implementation
  • Work with IT, Architecture and other change partners to ensure the impact of proposed process changes on the data model and application design are understood and accounted for
  • Establish KPIs to quantify and track the improvements delivered, across Data Quality and Process Efficiency dimensions
  • Leverage industry best practice to identify process improvements

Role Profile

The role requires the following traits and skills:

  • More than 10y of experience in the Financial Services industry with proven experience in delivering process design and change
  • Proven experience delivering process changes using Lean / Six Sigma in Financial Services industry
  • Good knowledge of different client structure and the challenges related to the maintenance of this type of data
  • Good knowledge of the end-end value chain of Client Reference data and its impact on various functions in the Bank
  • Good knowledge of the client on-boarding and recertification processes
  • Good understanding of the regulatory landscape and its impact on Client Reference Data
  • Six Sigma Black Belt level certification preferred
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience interacting with Senior Management
  • Client focused (internal stakeholders as well as external clients)
  • Proven project / programme management experience
  • Must have strategic and analytical thinking
